Management is now accepting applications from
Dressage Trainers/Instructors with established clientele
to operate out of our beautiful facility.
Picture
Expectations:
  • Be onsite, providing lessons and training sessions, a minimum of 3 days per week (LCEC understands that the Successful Candidate may provide instruction at other facilities that are at least 50 miles away)
  • Respond to lesson/training inquiries in a timely manner
  • Board a minimum of one personally-owned horse, for use in lessons
  • Provide one riding lesson and one training session per week to owner's family, in exchange for use of grounds for business
Benefits:
  • Use of indoor and outdoor arenas, both with new sand footing, and all trails
  • Lesson and Training Exclusivity* for outside clients
  • Use of 2 experienced lesson horses, already onsite
  • Opportunity for free board**​
*LCEC Boarders retain the right to hire their own trainers/instructors. All new, non-boarding clients will be referred exclusively
​to the successful candidate for this position.
**Free board for personal and/or client horses can be arranged, in exchange for morning or evening feeding of boarded horses. See Management for details.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Have an established record of success in training horses and riders, from beginner to advanced
  • Have a reputation for working collaboratively with owners and riders to meet individual goals
  • Demonstrate a commitment to business growth, both personally and for LCEC
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have an established record of success in training upper-level dressage horses and riders, as well as beginners
  • Have and transfer existing lesson and boarding clientele to LCEC within 30 days of contract
